PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY, IN PLENTY OF TIME AS CREDIT ONE STADIUM CONTINUES TO OPERATE WITH ENHANCED SECURITY CHECKS AT ALL ENTRANCES. GATES WILL OPEN AT 6:00PM & ELTON JOHN IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE THE STAGE PROMPTLY AT 8:00PM. THERE ARE NO OPENING ACTS.

Box Office Open: 4:00pm

Parking Lots Open: 4:30pm

Parking Lot Shuttles: 5:00pm

Elton John Elevated Experience: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Gates Open: 6:00pm

Concert Begins: 8:00pm

Ticketing Information

For a seamless entry, please transfer tickets to the members of your party and be sure to add them to your mobile wallet before arriving at the gate.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL DIGITAL TICKETS TO YOUR DIGITAL WALLET BEFORE ARRIVING TO CREDIT ONE STADIUM.

Re-entry Policy: No Re-Entry. If you leave, you will not be allowed to re-enter on the same ticket.

Box Office: Located at the Main Entrance to Credit One Stadium. Box Office Opens at 4:30 pm.

Parking Directions:  All parking is located at Benefit Focus and Blackbaud Parking Lots.

Tailgating Policy: Tailgating is not permitted.

Handicap Parking: Handicap Parking is located at Credit One Stadium. We encourage patrons requiring wheelchair access to arrive early to ensure parking availability.
