Charleston Shows Up for Team USA at Credit One Stadium World Cup Watch Party

Charleston came together Monday night as Credit One Stadium hosted the city’s largest FIFA World Cup watch party, welcoming a sold-out crowd of 3,500 fans to cheer on the U.S. Men’s National Team in its Round of 16 match against Belgium.

While the result wasn’t what Team USA or the thousands of fans in attendance had hoped for, the energy inside the stadium was unforgettable. From chants of “USA! USA!” to families, friends and soccer fans experiencing the match together on the stadium’s massive videoboard, the evening showcased the passion and pride of the Charleston community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to support Team USA and helped create such a memorable atmosphere.
