Bags

Allowed Bags

• Small Clutch Bags — No larger than 4.5″x 6.5″.
• Clear Bags — Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″.
• Plastic Storage Bags — One-gallon or smaller plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at designated entrance points.

Prohibited Bags

• Clutch bags, fanny packs, purses, backpacks, and mesh bags
• Clear bags with hardware or decor that conceal the bag
• Clear bags larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″

Any bag left at a gate is left at the owner’s risk. Credit One Stadium assumes no responsibility for left bags.

Water Bottles

Empty plastic refillable bottles are allowed. Glass and metal refillable bottles and containers are not allowed.

Prohibited Items

Visitors in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or ejected from the Grounds.

• Alcohol
• Animals — Except service animals
• Beverage or Food Containers — No glass or metal bottles, cans, coolers, ice chests, thermoses, picnic baskets
• Cameras — Personal cameras, video cameras, or recording devices (unless with Media Credential) larger than 4” x 14” x 8” (10cm x 35cm x 20cm) are not allowed in the stadium
• Computers or Laptops
• Drones
• Firearms or Weapons — Regardless of permit. No items that may be interpreted as a potential weapon and/or compromise public safety, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g., knives, large corkscrews), or “personal protection” sprays
• Fireworks
• Flags or Banners — Longer than 18” x 18” (46cm x 46cm)
• Food or Beverages — The Stadium offers a variety of food and drinks for your dining pleasure
• Illegal Substances
• Motorized Vehicles — Except devices for medical needs. No hoverboards, skateboards, or segways
• Offensive Clothing or Objects — No clothing or objects bearing statements or commercial identification intended for “ambush marketing”.
• Seat Cushions
• Selfie Sticks
• Tennis Racquets
• Umbrellas

Rain or Shine

All shows take place rain or shine. Umbrellas are prohibited from the stadium.

On occasion, threatening weather may force us to clear the Grandstand seating in the stadium. We ask for your prompt cooperation should you hear an announcement pertaining to threatening weather

Photography

Flash photography is not allowed.

Tickets

All Sales are Final
Credit One Stadium does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Lost & Found

Located at the Box Office, near the front entrance of the stadium.

The Credit One Stadium, its owner and the owner’s affiliates, agents and employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Accessibility (ADA)

Credit One Stadium values ensuring everyone has a pleasant experience at our events.

ADA Accessible Seating

Pre-Assigned Seats
ADA seats are selected and pre-assigned at the time of ticket purchase.

Access Ramps
Access ramps are located on the north and east sides of the stadium.

ADA Accessible Parking

Handicap parking is available by presenting your state-issued license plate or hangtag to parking attendants when you arrive on Daniel Island. Parking attendants will direct you.
